Flavored with onions, carrots, celery, the herb savory, bouillon and a touch of garlic and pepper. Powdered smoke gives it the flavor of the salt pork with no meat. A mild yet flavorful and hearty soup. The small feeds 2 generously and the large feeds 4 or 5.
